1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "958ph," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the 958ph.cam platform and all services provided therein.
• "Platform" means the 958ph.cam website, its subdomains, associated mobile-optimized pages, and all gaming services accessible through a registered 958ph account.
• "Player," "you," or "your" means any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the 958ph Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account opened by a Player through the 958ph registration process.
• "Real Money Wager" means any wager placed using funds held in a Player's 958ph wallet that are not designated as bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins value, or cashback amounts credited to a Player's account under the terms of a specific 958ph promotion.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 958ph Platform, registering for a 958ph account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service offered through 958ph.cam, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and fully understand their content;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the 958ph Privacy Policy, and any additional rules applicable to specific games, promotions, or services as published on the Platform;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms; and
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or designate of any third party.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming services at 958ph, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

4.2 One Account Rule

Each player is strictly limited to one (1) registered account at 958ph. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms. 958ph reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings associated with wagers placed using duplicate account balances.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 958ph account login credentials. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your account.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

958ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT TRC20. 958ph reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at 958ph is ₱100 per transaction. Minimum deposit amounts for specific payment methods may vary and are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to 958ph are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Philippine public holidays. GCash and Maya withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving bank's processing times. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

958ph reserves the right to conduct KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 958ph account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

5.5 Currency

All transactions on the 958ph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Any currency conversion costs arising from the use of non-PHP payment accounts are the sole responsibility of the Player.

5.6 Funds Belonging to the Player

Players must only deposit funds that belong to them and originate from legitimate, lawful sources. Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and referral to appropriate authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 958ph are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms applicable to each promotion. Promotion-specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings — are published on the 958ph Promotions page and supersede these general terms where they are more specific.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a 958ph account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms. Until wagering requirements are satisfied, bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

958ph reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using prohibited betting patterns to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire on the date specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the Player's account without compensation and without creating any obligation on the part of 958ph.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Outcomes

All slot, table game, and virtual game outcomes at 958ph are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real-time physical processes (physical cards, physical roulette wheels) conducted by trained dealers in licensed studios. 958ph makes no guarantee of specific outcomes for any game.

7.2 Game Rules

Each game available on the 958ph Platform is governed by the rules specific to that game, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing real-money wagers.

7.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a wager, 958ph reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's account balance. 7.4 Minimum and Maximum Wagers

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 958ph Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Philippine law or the laws of any applicable jurisdiction;
• Registering for or operating more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software not expressly authorized by 958ph;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or malfunctions to gain an unfair wagering advantage;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated play with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform to launder proceeds of crime;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the 958ph Platform's proprietary technology or content; and
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 958ph staff through any communication channel.

958ph reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts found to be engaged in prohibited conduct and to refer matters involving suspected criminal activity to the relevant Philippine authorities.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 958ph Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, database structures, and user interface designs — is the proprietary property of 958ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This license does not extend to any right to copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, or create derivative works from any 958ph content.

The 958ph name, logo, and associated brand elements are trademarks of the 958ph operator. Unauthorized use of these marks in any form is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 958ph shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the Platform;
• Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind;
• Interruption of service due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to a Player's account where the unauthorized access resulted from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials; or
• Game outcome disputes that fall within the normal statistical variance of certified RNG-based or live dealer gaming systems.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 958ph's total aggregate liability to any Player for any single claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to their 958ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy

The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data provided by Players to 958ph is governed by the 958ph Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering for a 958ph account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Responsible Gaming

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by 958ph

958ph reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Player's account at any time, without prior notice, where 958ph has reasonable grounds to suspect: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to satisfy KYC requirements; or risk of harm to the Player, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.

13.2 Closure by 958ph

Following investigation of a suspended account, 958ph may permanently close the account. Upon confirmed breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and winnings derived from wagering conducted in breach of these Terms may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to KYC verification.

13.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player

Players may request closure of their 958ph account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via a 958ph-approved payment method. Bonus funds outstanding at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

14 Amendments to These Terms

958ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — 958ph will provide reasonable advance notice via the contact details registered on the Player's account.

The version of the Terms & Conditions displayed on the Platform at the time of any interaction constitutes the version applicable to that interaction. The effective date and last update date displayed in the header of this document indicate the currency of the version you are reading. Archival versions of prior Terms may be requested by contacting 958ph support.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 958ph arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through 958ph's internal dispute resolution process by contacting 958ph customer support. If an internal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's right to submit a complaint to PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine regulatory authority with jurisdiction over gaming-related disputes.
